NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
CITY OF MOODY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
In accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Local Government Code, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Moody Economic Development Corporation will be held:
WEDNESDAY MARCH 11, 2020 at 6:00pm
At the Moody Economic Development Building
518 Avenue E, Moody, Texas 76557.
Except as otherwise indicated, the meeting will be open to the public. Comments on an Agenda item or general comments to the board will be allowed by the Board Chairperson as indicated on the agenda. Persons desiring to speak must sign up prior to the meeting being called to order. Any public comment will be limited to three minutes unless prior arrangements are made. Comments from the public do not require a response from the MEDC Board. Rude and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. It is a violation of State Law to interfere with the conduct of business, discussion, or debate of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reserves the right as authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Local Government Code to meet in executive session on any posted agenda item. All items on the Agenda may be acted upon.

8) Resolution naming persons with signature authority and access to
MEDC Accounts at FNB Moody
9) Potential Executive Session regarding agenda items, current events, and projects.
10) Consider/Action regarding matters discussed in closed session.
11) Consider items for the next Board Meeting and Setting a Date for said meeting.
12) Adjournment
