PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTIES WITHIN THE Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the Municipality of Moody, Texas
6:00 PM at Moody City Hall 606 Ave E Moody, Texas 76557 This hearing will be held Tuesday May 21st, 2019.
Citizens will be invited to speak their opinions and desires regarding the annexation of certain properties
into the City of Moody. The Mayor has the discretion to determine when enough have spoken and to set a time limit, as well as require groups to have a spokesperson rather than many persons telling and re-telling the same opinion. This will be an open and public forum with the Council’s established ‘Standing Rules’ as well as proper decorum and civil manners to be expected.
