NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Moody, Texas City Council has passed Resolution # 20190923-B declaring its intent to annex certain properties. Public hearings on the proposed annexation will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 5:00 pm and Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 5:30 pm. Both hearings will be at 606 Ave ā€˜Eā€™ Moody, TX ā€“ City Hall, in the City Council Chambers, where comments can be received from interested parties.

PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF MOODY, TEXAS.

The City Council of the City of Moody will hold public hearings giving all interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Moody, Texas of the following described property, to-wit:

*Vandiver Estates, Phases I & II as described in the plat recorded in Vol. 1561, Pg. 697; Vol. 718, Pg. 192; Vol 610, Pg. 72 of the McLennan County Deed Records; and, Document #200613474 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.
*McLennan County Appraisal District Property ID #152794 as more fully described in a Warranty Deed filed as
Document #2014024903 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.
*McLennan County Appraisal District Property ID #152797 as more fully described in a Deed filed as Document 2013034599 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.
*McLennan County Appraisal District Property ID #152370 as more fully described in a Warranty Deed filed as Document #2015037923 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.
*The road known as Rhonda Sue Lane out of the John Connally Survey, McLennan County, Texas and all adjacent public right of way.
*The road known as Royce Drive out of the John Connally Survey, McLennan County, Texas and all adjacent public right of way.

*The part of Texas State Farm to Market Road 107 beginning at the west line of the intersection with Texas State Farm to Market Road 2113 and continuing until the east line of the intersection with Elm Creek Road and all adjacent right of way.
*Green Valley Ranchettes as described in the plat recorded in Vol. 1439, Pg. 828 of the McLennan County Deed Records.
*McLennan County Appraisal District Property Id #153322 as more fully described in a Warranty Deed filed as Document #2017000563 of the Official Public Records of McLennan County, Texas.

*The road known as Teague Drive along the B.D. Naler Survey in McLennan County, Texas and all adjacent right of way.
*The part of the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway right of way beginning at the north side of Breeding Crossing at 906 Ave D, Moody, Texas and extending south to the south border of the right of way crossing with Teague Drive.
*The part of Texas Highway 317 beginning at the northern line of the intersection with 17th Street and continuing until the southern line of the Moody ISD campus property MCAD ID #324659 and all adjacent right of way.
